Central Wayne Regional Authority

Central Wayne Regional Authority provides sewer service for residents and businesses in Honesdale Borough, Texas Township, Cherry Ridge Township, and a small section of Berlin Township. The collection system consists of approximately 40 miles of varying diameter sewer line. The collection system conveys wastewater to the treatment plant on Bucks Cove Rd in Honesdale for processing.  The wastewater treatment plant is permitted to process 2.2 million gallons per day.
