Founded in 1914, PS Bank is one of the oldest FDIC-insured banks in the country, holding the original FDIC number 444.  After operating exclusively in Bradford County for 87 years, the bank began expanding its footprint across Northeastern and North Central Pennsylvania, opening branches in Sullivan, Wyoming, and Lackawanna counties.
