Sterling Business & Technology Park Ready to Go!

Sterling Business & Technology Park is a brand new 252-acre, mixed-use business park on I-84 in Pennsylvania.  The Park’s entrance sign will be constructed this Spring at the intersection of S.R. 191.  Sterling Business & Technology Park, owned by Wayne Economic Development Corporation, has been under construction since May 2008.

Sterling Business & Technology Park MapPhase 1 of the 252-acre, mixed use park includes the water system, sewer collection lines, wastewater treatment plant, stormwater controls and interior roads. Work on the entrance is possible due to a $495,000 grant from the Commonwealth Financing Authority through the County of Wayne.  Multiple government funding sources, including the PA Dept. of Community and Economic Development, Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority, Appalachian Regional Commission, and Economic Development Administration, as well as local investors, have supported the $8.5 million economic development project.
