Certified Provider

WEDCO is a Certified Provider as designated by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and is a member of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association (PEDA) and Northeast Economic Developers Association (NEDA). Certification is achieved by meeting DCED's requirements for organizational structure, staff experience, and continuing education.

PREP Network

WEDCO is Wayne County's point of contact for the Northeast Partnerships for Regional Economic Performance (PREP) network. PREP is a statewide network of partners designed to work in concert to deliver vital business assistance services across 10 regions of the Commonwealth. PREP’s one-on-one counseling, specialized workshops, online training and financial incentives make it one of the most coordinated and respected networks in the nation designed specifically to meet the needs of our job creators.
